I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge and for making my day so enjoyable. I would also like to thank all the exhibitors for exhibiting their dogs under me and for accepting my decisions so magnanimously.        

MINOR PUPPY DOG (2/0)
1.Mr & Mrs A Cutter’s Dapeldan Avec La Qualite: 6-month-old strong, well-balanced cobby brindle dog. Strong head with typical expression. Excellent ear carriage and set. Broad jaw with good dentition. Dark, round eyes. Good reach of neck. Super body shape with good depth of brisket and spring of rib. Nice cut-up. Lovely strong bone, straight front and good rear angulation. Small tail carried correctly Moved very well and maintained topline whilst on the move.
2. Mr & Mrs T Small’s Merimna Hannibal: 9 month old brindle dog with much to like. Beautiful head with soft expression, excellent width of skull and beautiful ear set and carriage. Round dark eyes. Nice wide jaw with good dentition. Lovely reach of neck. Good depth of brisket. Nice body shape with excellent cut-up and correct topline. Lovely straight front. Nice low set tail. Moved well and was shown well in spite of his being a little difficult for his handler. Just needs time to mature more.
PUPPY DOG (3/1)
1. Mr K Rawsthorne’s Risethor Mr Brightside: Beautiful, well-balanced, cobby 10-month-old brindle dog. Strong head with super lay back and typical expression. Wide jaw with good dentition. Beautiful large ears correctly placed in broad skull and used well. Dark round eyes. Correct stop and cheek muscles developing well. Good reach of neck. Straight front and deep brisket. Well shaped body with good spring of rib, correct topline and nice cut-up. Super rear angulation. Strong loins. Low set small short tail. Excellent mover handled well. BPD , BP
2. Mrs S Saunders’s Muggshott’s Jiggery Pokery: Different type to 1 but lots to like. Strong head with broad skull and good, correct ear carriage. Good width of jaw with excellent dentition. Dark eyes showing no white when looking to the front. Good reach of neck. Nice body shape with good depth of brisket and spring of rib. Good, correct topline. Slightly longer in body than 1. Nice straight front and good turn of stifle at the rear. Small tail. Moved well.

JUNIOR DOG (6/3)
1.Miss B Morring’s Vaughna’s Leonardo: Lovely, small, square, well-balanced 16-month-old brindle dog. Super head with good width of skull and domed forehead. Round dark eyes and large, erect, correctly placed ears. Beautiful mouth with good width of jaw. Nice domed forehead and width of skull. Lovely expression. Straight front. Good depth of brisket. Low set tail. Correct topline. Moved and handled well.
2. Mrs J Brown’s Kingfriend Mr Hector: Fawn dog of 1 year. Not quite as balanced as 1. Strong broad- skulled head with good pigmentation. Lovely broad-jawed mouth. Deep chest with good cut-up. Well-placed short tail. Straight front with Lovely black claws. Strong loins. Moved out well.
3. . Mr Hilton’s Castlehaines Dare Devil
POST GRADUATE DOG (7/3)
1.Mrs P Knock’s Vandosta Gandolf : Fawn dog. Beautiful head with good mouth having a wide jaw and excellent dentition. Super ear placement and he used his ears well. Typical expression. Nice reach of neck. Strongly boned with nice depth of brisket and spring of rib. Straight front. Good cut-up. Correct topline and small low set tail. Good turn of stifle. Moved out well.
2. Mr L Charles’ and Mrs E Kong Kelly’s Ageancourt New Moon: Brindle, cobby dog smaller than 1. Lovely head with good correct ear set and typical expression. Nice layback. Good bone with straight front and good turn of stifle. Goof body shape with adequate depth of brisket and spring of rib. Correct topline. Short tail. Moved and handled well.

1. Miss S Davis’s Eastonite Diamond Geezer at Rowendale: Fawn dog with strong, large head with lovely layback and great expression. Super ears with correct placement in wide skull. Dark eyes and excellent pigmentation. Wide jaw and good dentition. Excellent reach of neck. Lovely body shape with great depth of chest and spring of rib. Strong bone having straight front and good rear angulation. Strong loins and Small tail. Correct topline. Super short nails. Moved with drive and purpose and handled well. BD, BOS
2. Misses’ Howell’s & Barker’s Skybull Philipe Auguste: Brindle cobby dog smaller than 1. Nice head with soft, sweet expression. Good ears carried correctly. Dark eye and good layback. Adequate width of skull and reach of neck. Good spring of rib and depth of brisket. Correct topline. Strong loins and short tail. Moved and handled well.
OPEN DOG (4/0)
1. Miss V Bryant’s Risethor Tiger Tiger with Archness: Beautiful, cobby, well-muscled brindle dog. Large head with round dark eyes and super expression. Correct ears used well. Wide jaw with good dentition. Good reach of neck. Great spring of rib and depth of brisket. Straight front and good turn of stifle. Correct topline and nice body shape. Low set tail. Moved beautifully and handled well. Felt he could carry a tiny bit more weight. Res. BD.
2. Mrs P Seymour’s Ruomyes Bete Blond: Fawn dog slightly narrower in muzzle than 1 and not quite as balanced. Lovely expression and great pigmentation. Correct ear set. Good reach of neck. Nice spring of rib and depth of brisket. Straight front. Correct topline and short tail. Moved and handled well.

1. Messrs. Brooks’ & Cairns’ Kidwelly Eight: Nicely marked pied dog with clear coat. Lovely head with typical expression. Dark round eyes showing very little third eyelid. Broad jaw with correct dentition. Good depth of brisket and nice tuck up. Moved and showed well.
2. Mr A Cutter’s Dapledan Fils de Bernie : 6 months old slightly more heavily marked dog. Good head with lovely expression and beautiful wide ears carried well. Dark eyes. Wide jaw with good dentition. Adequate depth of brisket with nice cut-up. Lovely rear angulation. Moved well and shows promise.

1. Mr B Hall’s Risethor Rumbaba: Lovely fawn dog with strong head and typical expression. Nice round dark eyes and super pigmentation. Great width of jaw and correct dentition. Deep brisket and good spring of rib. Strongly boned with straight front and good turn of stifle. Strong loins and low-set small tail. Moved well.

Good width of skull with correct ear placement. Nice layback and width of jaw. Lovely round dark eyes. Good depth of brisket and spring of rib with super cut-up. Moved well. Shows much promise.
PUPPY BITCH (7/3)
1. Mr & Mrs Mooring’s Byrock Silver Thistle: Lovely 10-month-old cobby, balanced, dark brindle bitch. Lovely head with soft, feminine expression, dark eyes and correct ear set. Wide jaw with correct dentition. Good layback. Nice reach of neck. Good depth of brisket and spring of rib. Nice cut-up. Straight front and excellent turn of stifle. Strong loins. Nicely muscled and presented in super condition. Moved and handled very well. A very pretty bitch that shows much promise. BPB

Wide jaw with correct dentition. Good layback. Good reach of neck. Nice depth of brisket and spring of rib. Correct body shape. Straight front and excellent rear angulation. Moved and showed very well. Could easily have swapped places with 1 and like 1 shows much promise.

1 Miss S Davis’s Emberez Expresso Rowendale : Small, compact dark brindle bitch. Strong head with correct expression and good ear set. Lovely dark eyes. Wide jaw and correct layback. Good reach of neck. Nice spring of rib. Straight front. with super short nails. Good turn of stifle. Small tail. Moved well if a bit erratically. Handled well.
2. Mrs P Basset’s Devoue Queen of Fools: Fawn bitch with super pigmentation. Lovely head with soft expression. Excellent dark eyes. Correct ear set. Straight front with small feet and dark nails. Not quite as balanced as 1 in the body. Good cut-up and turn of stifle. Short tail. Moved and showed well.
3. Miss T Wood’s Misty Melanie Van Debroucke
POST GRADUATE BITCH (3/1)
1. Mr & Mrs’ Edwards’s Fayeloui Blanche: Lovely balanced, fawn bitch with excellent pigmentation and pretty expression, although she looked a bit anxious at times. Lovely dark eyes and correct ear placement. Enough width of skull. Good layback. Correct jaw. Nice body shape with good cut-up. Strongly boned with straight front and lovely black nails. Small tail. Moved well.
2. Mrs D Purcell’s Castelhaines Bronwen: Pretty dark brindle bitch. Good head with correct ear set, dark eyes and nice layback. Correct body shape with adequate spring of rib and depth of brisket. Correct topline and nice low set tail. A little nervous on the table but moved well.
LIMIT BITCH (9/4)
1.Mrs Crossley’s Feniton Ruby Tuesday: Beautiful cobby, balanced, fawn bitch in excellent condition. Strong, broad head with dark eyes and super pigmentation. Broad jaw with correct dentition. Good layback. Correct ear carriage and great reach of neck. Straight front with small feet and black nails. Lovely depth of brisket and spring of rib. Correct topline maintained on the move. Excellent turn of stifle. Strong loins. Moved and handled very well.
2. Mr & Mrs Quinn’s Nirojo Imperial Rose: Very pretty cobby well-balanced brindle bitch. Lovely head with dark eyes and typical expression. Super broad skull with correct ear set. Good mouth with wide jaw. Straight front. Nice depth of brisket and spring of rib with excellent cut-up. Good rear angulation. Strong loins. Correct topline. Moved and showed well.

1. Mrs D Harrison’s and Mrs m Bootle’s Tutu Much at Foleyfarm: Beautiful, strong, cobby, balanced brindle bitch. Lovely broad head with typical expression and good layback. Broad skull with dark eyes and lovely ear set. Excellent mouth with correct dentition. Great reach of neck. Straight front. Superb body shape with deep brisket and spring of rib. Excellent cut-up. Correct topline maintained on the move. Super rear angulation and loins. Moved with drive and purpose and handled well. BB, BIS
2. Mr & Mrs Quin’s Abbeymills Javu Day at Nirojo: Slightly darker brindle bitch than one but another lovely example of the bitch. Good, Feminine head with soft, pretty expression. Beautiful dark eyes and correct ear set. Wide jaw with correct dentition. Good layback. Straight front. Super depth of brisket, spring of rib and cut-up. Lovely rear angulation. Small tail. Moved and handled well. Close runner to 1.
3. I&M Sinkai’s Mamba is Jovariskiu (imp)
VETERAN BITCH (2/0)
1.Mrs D Harrison’s Tommyville Thora Thorndyke: Lovely 10 ½ year old cobby fawn bitch. Still with superb pigmentation. Strong feminine head with dark eyes to drown in and correct ear set. Beautiful, sweet expression. Wide jaw and lovely layback. Good reach of neck. Straight front. Super depth of chest and spring of rib. Good cut-up. Straight front and nice turn of stifle. Moved with drive belying her age. Wonderful to see a dog in such good condition at such an advanced age and enjoying herself. A credit to her owner. BV
2. Mr & Mrs Cutter’s Roozrick English Rose at Dapledan; Another lovely fawn bitch 8 ½ years old. Good head with lovely dark eyes and, again, still with excellent pigmentation. Straight front. Strong, cobby body with nice depth of brisket and spring of rib. Nice turn of stifle. Also moved well for a dog of her age. Again a credit to her owner.

1. Mr R Swatteridge’s Skybull Marie Antoinette Xentique : Beautiful cobby well-balanced bitch with superb clear coat. Lovely feminine head with soft expression. Super ears and ear carriage. Dark eyes showing no white or second eyelid. Wide jaw with correct dentition. Good open nostrils. Good reach of neck. Great depth of brisket and spring of rib. Straight front. Correct topline maintained when on the move. Nice rear angulation. Super short small tail. Moved and handled very well. Res. BB, Res. BIS
